REVIEW

A collection of short devotionals intended to help the reader think about Jesus Christ and how he lived is life, with the ultimate purpose being to improve one's own life.  I found these devotionals quite thought-provoking and yet short enough not to be overwhelming.  Each devotional focuses on one aspect of Christ's character or life.  Each devotional is scripturally-based. Some examples include:
  • He Prepared Spiritually for the Day
  • He Didn't Seek Others' Approval
  • He Shunned Adulation
  • He Submitted
I found this book to be refreshingly simple and yet full of basic fundamental truths.  I highly recommend it to those looking for some spiritual nourishment.
